 How to Make Perfect BREAKFAST & BRUNCH at Home.

Classic Eggs Benedict



Prep Time: 20 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins | Serves: 2


Ingredients:
• 2 English muffins, split
• 4 large eggs
• 4 slices Canadian bacon
• 1 tbsp white vinegar
• Hollandaise sauce ingredients:

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Poach eggs in simmering water with vinegar (3 mins for runny yolks).
  2. Toast English muffins and warm Canadian bacon.
  3. For hollandaise: Whisk yolks and lemon juice over double boiler until thickened.
  4. Slowly drizzle in melted butter while whisking.
  5. Assemble: muffin half + bacon + poached egg + hollandaise.

Pro Tip: Use fresh eggs for best poaching results.
