• 4 large flour tortillas
• 6 eggs, scrambled
• ½ cup shredded cheddar
• ½ cup cooked breakfast sausage
• ¼ cup salsa
Instructions:
- Warm
tortillas slightly.
- Layer eggs,
cheese, sausage and salsa.
- Roll
up tightly, tucking in ends.

Grill seam-side down to seal.
