Ingredients:
• 4 large flour tortillas
• 6 eggs, scrambled
• ½ cup shredded cheddar
• ½ cup cooked breakfast sausage
• ¼ cup salsa


Instructions:

  1. Warm tortillas slightly.
  2. Layer eggs, cheese, sausage and salsa.
  3. Roll up tightly, tucking in ends.
  4. Optional: Grill seam-side down to seal.
